Creative Vision Planner
This Privacy Policy applies to the Creative Vision Planner mobile application together with any related services operated by HAB VET LLC.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity and is not retained or used for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No. Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting [email protected].
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. HAB VET LLC does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through other means, a parent or guardian must provide consent on the child’s behalf where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. Even so, no system is completely secure. HAB VET LLC applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal data is minimal. If a breach involves data that was voluntarily provided, HAB VET LLC will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
Creative Vision Planner is designed so that information you enter remains stored locally on your device. HAB VET LLC does not maintain a central user account database for this Application. If you voluntarily share information by email or another support channel, that information may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
Data Deletion
You can remove locally stored information from the Application using the controls available on your device or within the Application itself. If you voluntarily submitted information directly to HAB VET LLC, you may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law.
Changes
HAB VET LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting [email protected].

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to HAB VET LLC and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
